On Starter and Professional plans, data is processed through our secure cloud infrastructure with AES-256 encryption and TLS 1.3. On Enterprise plans, BankingPitch deploys entirely within your Azure or AWS tenant — nothing leaves your network perimeter.
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Annual plans offer a discount but can still be canceled — you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.
The free plan includes 3 decks per month, 1 banker seat, and 5 of 8 module types (Executive Summary, Comps, Precedents, Valuation, Buyer Universe). It never expires — you keep 3 decks/month forever. No credit card required.
When you upgrade to Starter or Professional, you get 14 days of full access at no cost. Your card is charged at the end of the trial period. You can cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged.
Not yet — Bloomberg and Capital IQ integration is on our roadmap. Today, BankingPitch sources real figures from SEC EDGAR filings and your own uploaded documents (CIMs, financials, comps sheets). Any figure not grounded in one of those is clearly marked as an AI estimate, never presented as live market data. EDGAR is available on all plans.
When you reach your monthly deck limit, you'll see an upgrade prompt. You can still access and export existing decks — you just can't generate new ones until the limit resets (30-day rolling window) or you upgrade.
No setup fee on Starter or Professional plans. Enterprise plans may include a one-time implementation fee for private deployment, SSO integration, and data migration — this is scoped during the sales process.
